Find A Supervisor

To search for currently approved supervisors, use the link below to access the Council’s online license verification system.  This online system allows you to search up-to-date records for a specific license type supervisor.

Finding a Supervisor by Name or License Number

You may search by name or license number. Select either “Search by Name,” “Search by Name for a Specified License Type,” or “Search by License Number.” Enter the required information to search.

Finding a Supervisor by City or County

You may also search by city or county to find a supervisor in your geographic area. Please select “Search by City” or “Search by County”, then choose the agency and license type. Under “Endorsement” select “Approved Supervisor” to search for all approved supervisors in that city or county.

Please note: If a license holder has chosen to make their address on file with the Council “private,” their profile will not appear through a location-based search.

Each entry will enable you to view the current license status of a supervisor, any currently associated supervisees, as well as any publicly available disciplinary history. (If the licensee has a publicly available disciplinary history the search results will contain a section entitled Reports Available for Download.)

Planned System Outage – Online Licensing Unavailable

Please be advised that the Council’s online licensing system will be unavailable on May 1, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM (CDT) due to a scheduled maintenance window for SnapPay, the State of Texas’ payment portal used to process online transactions.

During this time, you will not be able to submit applications, renew licenses, or make any payments through the system.

This outage is particularly important given that a high volume of licensees typically attempt to complete renewals at the end of the month. If your license is set to expire on April 30, 2026, you are strongly encouraged to complete your renewal in advance of the outage to avoid any interruption in licensure status.

Please note:

  • Late renewals caused by attempting to transact during the outage will not result in a waiver of late fees.
  • The system will resume normal operations after the maintenance window concludes at 1:00 AM CDT on May 1.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to plan accordingly to avoid any disruption.
